Operations Manager
|
At the beginning of your project, our Operations Manager will assign a Field Supervisor to coordinate the tasks necessary to carry out the project. The Operations Manager will consult with the Field Supervisor and Project/Account Manager during the project to be prepared for any manpower or scheduling changes needed to complete the project on time and on budget. Specifically, the Operations Manager will attend meetings with them before and after the installation takes place. |
Field Supervisor
|
Our Field Supervisor is in charge of managing all of our onsite installers. This includes making sure that all products are properly received and installed, which includes proper handling of all installation documents (i.e. bill of ladings, packing slips, work orders, installation floor plans, etc.,). They would also attend pre and post installation meetings with the Operation Manager and Project/Account Manger and be responsible for requesting manpower and equipment needs from the Operations Manager. |
|
Project/Account Manager
|
The Project/Account Manager who works on your project will review plans, the specifications list and work order documents, and then meet with the Field Supervisor to define the scope of work.
A complete site inspection is required for field measurement verifications, site conditions, data/voice & electrical locations, and delivery conditions (i.e. dock, elevators, etc.).
The Project/Account Manager also meets with furniture dealer's administrative representatives to discuss issues such as shipping information and other requirements. The Project/Account Manager will continue to meet with them, and with our Field Supervisor and other trade representatives, to provide updates on the project's progress through completion. Attending construction progress meetings keeps the Project/Account Manager fully informed of the progress and of any problems that might occur.
After the installation is completed, the Project/Account Manager participates in a final walk-through with dealer's representatives and your representative. If applicable, a punch list is created.
As a final step, the Project/Account Manager oversees the installation of punch list items (if applicable).
These responsibilities may vary between projects and dealers. Please feel free to discuss your needs with us prior to beginning your project.
