Our Field Supervisors manage our onsite installers This includes ensuring that all products are properly received and installed, which includes
proper handling of all installation documents (i.e. Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, Work Orders, Installation Floor Plans, etc.). They also attend pre and post installation meetings with the Operations Manager and Project/Account Manager and be responsible for requesting man power and equipment needs.
Presently we have fifty(50) full-time installers in the field. Due to relationships we have developed with the large furniture dealerships in the area, our men have a minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years experience in the following major systems furniture lines:
- Haworth
- Knoll
- Steelcase
- Herman Miller
- Allsteel
- Teknion
- Kimball

In addition, there are secondary furniture lines, such as Hon, BPI, Falcon, National, and others that we handle on a daily basis.
A Project/Account Manager is assigned to each sales person. That person's primary responsibility is to schedule all day-to- day and project work. That person is also responsible for coordinating between the Field Supervisors, Warehouse Supervisor, and our contact at the dealerships.
"Soft" scheduling for small(5-15 workstations) to medium(15-45 workstations) projects is completed a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date.
"Hard" scheduling is completed one week prior to the start date. Please add one additional week for larger projects (45 or more workstations).
Periodically, we conduct in-house product training. This allows us to share any new information from the manufacturers with the staff in the field.
Although we have had great success on larger projects, we pride ourselves on the day-to-day service we provide. Because of our attention to detail and customer service, we have established service relationships with these companies:
